About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Designer to help create intuitive, accessible, and impactful digital experiences. In this role, you will contribute across the product design lifecycle from understanding user and business needs to creating wireframes, prototypes, and polished experiences. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to bring ideas to life and continuously improve product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in product design and is looking to deepen their product thinking, design execution, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced product environment.

What You’ll Do

Product & Experience Design

• Contribute to end-to-end product design activities across discovery, design, validation, and delivery.

• Translate requirements, user needs, and feedback into intuitive user experiences.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

• Design experiences that balance usability, accessibility, technical feasibility, and business goals. Design Execution & Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Senior Designers to deliver highquality experiences.

• Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback into iterative improvements.

• Collaborate across teams to maintain consistency and alignment. Design Systems & Quality

• Apply and contribute to established design systems and reusable components.

• Maintain consistency across interfaces and interaction patterns.

• Support accessibility and usability best practices throughout the design process. Continuous Learning & AI-Enabled Design

• Stay updated on evolving design practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

• Use AI-assisted design workflows and modern tools to improve efficiency across ideation, content exploration, research synthesis, prototyping, and design execution.

• Apply technology thoughtfully to accelerate outcomes while maintaining strong design quality and user focus.

• Bring curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning into everyday work.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or related digital product roles.

• Portfolio demonstrating problem solving, design process, and delivered product outcomes.

Design Skills

Strong proficiency in Figma (Required) including:

• Components and Variants

• Interactive Prototyping

• Design System usage

• Collaboration workflows

Experience creating:

• User journeys

• Wireframes

• High-fidelity interfaces

• Interactive prototypes

Product & Collaboration

• Understanding of user-centered design principles and product thinking.

• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.

• Familiarity with usability testing and incorporating user feedback.

• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.

• Experience working in Agile product environments.

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn and iterate.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled design workflows and productivity tools that support faster iteration and improved design outcomes.

Nice to Have

• Experience contributing to enterprise, marketplace, healthcare, fintech or platform products.

• Exposure to design systems and scalable design practices.

• Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
