Overview

As the Product Design Lead, you’ll be the visionary shaping the entire look, feel, and user journey of our products, overseeing the design process from concept to launch. You will guide all aspects of product design, ensuring the design is user-centered, innovative, and aligned with our business goals.

In this role, you will lead and mentor the product design team, fostering high performance and a collaborative, creative environment. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to create intuitive, impactful experiences that enhance user satisfaction and engagement while driving business success.

What you will do

• Lead our product design strategy and ensure design consistency across all products.
• Drive user research and usability testing to create exceptional user experience within our product.
• Lead design thinking sprints and translate user insights into intuitive solutions.
• Mentor and grow our product design team to stay ahead of design trends, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.

Who you are

• You've successfully led product design teams and shipped great products (Web and Mobile).
• Your portfolio shows a strong expertise of UX principles and methodologies.
• You excel at leveraging data, metrics, user research, and feedback to drive design decisions and continuously improve solutions.
• You are an exceptional communicator who can effectively convey design vision to stakeholders and collaborate closely with engineering teams to navigate technical constraints.
