Job Description

Accelerating strategic growth in our high-value segments on External Embellishments (EE), this global role is to manage and drive new EE Products as well as existing Product roll-out to Global Apparel Solutions EE production sites. He or she should work closely and effectively with HTL and Woven production sites and relevant Global Functions (e.g. Product Line Management, SC, Procurement, Quality, Compliance and EHS) to deploy site product capability readiness ahead or in line with customer expectations and project timelines. The Global Product Deployment team is also expected to deploy raw material substitution and new machine readiness at the site level per request. Besides, the candidate should demonstrate a sound business mind to offer direction and flexibility as required in the EE growth plan to enable successful site deployment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE 

  • Lead new and existing EE products, raw material substitution, as well as new machines deployment to Global Apparel Solutions Sites

  • Develop a clear production SOP template with hub or related development validation sites for deployment purposes

  • Work in close collaboration with Product Line Management (PLM), Innovation Technical and Development Production Hub sites in order to understand any development pipeline project status for better site deployment schedule planning

  • Standardize “Product Deployment Package” to global HTL/Woven sites

  • Verify site import feasibility on raw materials with global/local EHS

  • Ensure site supply chain readiness on raw material and machine capacity availability with GSC, GP and site production

  • Collaborate trainings with Global Functions and Operation teams for deployment sites in globe

  • Provide support to Global EE sites to ensure smooth launch of new or existing EE products and achieve production and QC standardization according to SOPs from global functional teams

  • Lead Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and create a clear and measurable approval process (scrap, output and quality) with Development Hub, Global TQ, and AE teams

  • Provide project management by planning, setting up weekly calls with key stakeholders, tracking, action management, risk management, status updates, delivering to plan

  • Define key stakeholders in deployment project and lead to successful site product deployment results

  • Provide deployment visibility through the use of process, trackers & templates

  • Communicate deployment status with stakeholders regularly on a predefined schedule

  • Highlight any red flags and escalate as required based on the level of risk and program delay

Qualifications

  • Degree holder

  • At least 6+ Years experience on Project Management experiences 

  • Product Development/Deployment/Operation experiences in International company would be an added advantage

  • Understanding of Heat Transfer Label or Woven/Embroidery Product knowledge would be an added advantage

  • PMP, Prince2 or equivalent project management qualification is preferred.

  • Able to demonstrate strong project management skills at multi-location, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral

  • Good influencing ability plus strong presentation and facilitation skills.

  • Approachable, effective in giving/receiving feedback.

  • Ability to travel globally when required to support business, ranging 25-40 % of the time.
