As a Product Delivery Manager in Commercial and Investment Bank's Markets Tech Group, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making and product performance reporting.
- Shape the future of product delivery by crafting solutions that enhance and optimize customer experiences, ensuring successful implementations in an expedient and organized manner.
- Manage timelines and dependencies effectively, monitor blockers, ensure adequate resourcing, and liaise with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Drive the completion of change management activities across functional partners, ensuring adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, create financial models, and generate insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop compelling presentations using PowerPoint to communicate complex ideas and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Leverage JIRA for managing the book of work, with the ability to write basic JQL queries to enhance tracking and reporting.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area.
- Strong program management experience with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of the cash prime brokerage and broker-dealer business models, revenue streams and operational processes.
- Exceptional proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions, data analysis and financial modeling.
- Excellent PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, impactful presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design and data analytics.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Familiarity with JIRA and the ability to write basic JQL queries is a significant advantage
