Product Definition Analyst 4 (Business Analyst)

• Build and share functional knowledge of processes, services, and end-user products.

• Analyze business requirements, estimate effort, and contribute to functional design documentation.

• Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure compatibility across Amadeus applications and support solution walkthroughs.

• Support validation activities, including reviewing test plans, ensuring traceability, and investigating reported issues.

• Engage with stakeholders and customers throughout specification, testing, and implementation phases.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team discussions to support collaboration and continuous improvement.

About the Ideal Candidate

• Experience in functional analysis and documentation within Agile environments.

• Familiarity with ticketing and contract management systems or similar domains.

• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Skilled in requirement assessment, validation, and cross-team collaboration.
