Missions at Amadeus offer the opportunity to learn and grow in an exciting and multicultural environment. More specifically, this RFP is focusing on a mission in the Amadeus Revenue Accounting department, which computes and tracks airlines’ real time financial activities.

The Goal of the mission is to analyze customer and product management requirements, define functional solutions, produce the functional and technical specifications, follow the delivery of the product functionalities based on the solutions agreed with stakeholders.

The mission scope will encompass the design and delivery of some key components of the Amadeus Revenue Accounting platform.

• Build, maintain and share the functional knowledge of our processes, services and usage of end user products.

• Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.

• Produce functional design; write feasibility studies, solution overview documents, product specifications, and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.

• Interface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interaction with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.

• Validate the product to ensure compliance with the delivered functionality and system integrity, and perform functional sign off.

• Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.

• Communicate with product management, project management, Amadeus customer services, implementation, development, and quality assurance teams.

• Interface with customers during requirements clarification, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases.

• Professionals with 5+ years of experience in product definition analyst or business analyst role.

• Excellent IT skills in Microsoft Office tools, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman, Soap UI etc.

• Strong skills in creating sequence diagrams, UML, API specifications, ICDs, User-guides.

• Strong skills in creating high-level and low-level solution designs.

• Should be well versed in English verbal and written communication skills.
