What you'll do
- Perform product documentation review, data entry, data analysis, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of requests and relay key information to client support.
- Maintain required logs, documentation, and compliance with standard procedures.
- Escalate issues promptly to appropriate personnel.
- Contribute to process improvements by developing and enhancing templates, policies, and procedures.
- Serve as an internal resource for product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft, Excel, and SQL a plus.
- Passion for industry and product knowledge and a commitment to excellence
- Demonstrated experience as a problem solver, with above average organizational and communication skills
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related equivalent work experience desired
