The role requires deep structured products expertise, established European market relationships, regulatory familiarity, and regular travel across Europe.

Lead Luma’s expansion and revenue growth in Canada’s structured notes market. Responsibilities include winning distribution clients, building relationships with Canadian issuers and investment dealers, managing the sales pipeline, representing Luma at industry events, supporting client onboarding, and providing market feedback to product and technology teams. The role requires a strong Canadian structured products network and deep knowledge of structured notes, pricing, lifecycle events, and trade workflows.

Manage relationships with Luma’s Latin American client portfolio, driving platform adoption, client success, training, and ongoing coverage. Support new client acquisition through discovery, demos, and structured products expertise. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, implementation, and marketing teams to expand into new markets and products, including asset management and OTC derivatives. Monitor regional trends, represent Luma at industry events, and provide market feedback to product teams.

Lead strategic sales and business development for Luma’s life insurance platform across U.S. broker-dealers, banks, BGAs, and IMOs. Responsibilities include winning enterprise clients, managing distributor relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, supporting onboarding, identifying market opportunities, monitoring industry trends, and informing product strategy. The role requires strong knowledge of life insurance products and distribution channels, senior stakeholder influence, and the ability to drive insurance flows and platform adoption.
