Product / Data Analyst

We’re looking for an experienced Product / Data Analyst to join a high-velocity team building a next-generation AI-powered gamified product. The ideal candidate is a senior-level operator who can go from raw SQL to shipped improvements, turning insights into measurable business impact.

Role is on-site (Limassol, Cyprus - relocation is possible) or remote.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain core product dashboards: retention cohorts, user engagement, conversion, spend behavior, and funnel drop-offs
• Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover reasons for churn, drop in payments, or friction in the user journey
• Measure product changes and experiments, providing clear summaries and actionable recommendations
• Deliver weekly executive insight reports with proposed next steps
• Collaborate with leadership and product teams to ensure data is driving decisions
• Continuously iterate and improve reporting frameworks and KPIs

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product or data analytics in a B2C product (iGaming / gamedev / dating)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with event-based analytics
• Proven ability to turn data into actionable product improvements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Able to work independently with minimal oversight, while aligning closely with product and executive leadership
• Ability to consistently deliver impactful insights that lead to measurable product changes
• Proficiency in building dashboards that are reliable, scalable, and widely adopted across product and executive teams
• High responsiveness and speed in addressing requests and analysis needs from leadership and stakeholders
• English - at least Upper-intermediate level.
• Knowledge of Russian will be a plus.
