Position Overview
ATLAS SP is seeking a Product Control Associate to help support growth in the Warehouse Financing business. The candidate should have relevant product and finance experience from investment fund or investment banking industry.
Primary Responsibilities
- Product control support for Commercial Real Estate, Residential and Consumer Warehouse Lending strategies
- Execute daily P&L validation controls while coordinating with internal stakeholders (Technology, Trade Management, Trading Desk, Operations) and Fund Administrator
- Responsible for monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy of books & records
- Account ownership controls ensuring appropriate supporting documentation from Fund Admin and month over month variances
- Produce KPIs leveraging accounting records and risk management systems
- Coordinate efficient ad-hoc reporting that can be easily analyzed by internal finance functions
Qualification and Experience
- Accounting/Finance bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' experience
- Experience in finance/accounting or fund administration role involving securitized products
- Strong knowledge of Repo and/or unsecured loan financing products and associated economics
- Ability to solve problems collaborating with key stakeholders across key functions
- Strong presentation and communication skills

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
