Supports the secondary trading platform for Non-Agency RMBS and ABS products. Responsibilities include market analysis, trade capture, bond cash-flow analysis, hedging evaluation, transaction execution, investor outreach, pricing discussions, client relationship management, market commentary, portfolio risk monitoring, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with Trading, Sales & Distribution, origination, and institutional investors to expand transaction volume, liquidity, and financing opportunities.

Supports mortgage finance warehouse operations by maintaining facility, loan, asset, and transaction data; reconciling funding, payoff, servicing, fee, and documentation records; tracking exceptions; preparing status reports; maintaining controls; supporting process improvements; and providing client service across residential and commercial real estate warehouse activities.

Support the operational risk program focused on reputational risk and operational due diligence: analyze transactions and third-party/internal materials, evaluate exposures (corruption, fraud, litigation, regulatory, conflicts), perform RCSAs, consolidate stakeholder inputs, develop dashboards and analytics (Salesforce/Fusion, Snowflake, Tableau, AI), and prepare concise reports and presentations for governance and deal approvals.

Embed with lending and finance desks to map workflows, identify AI redesign opportunities, build and iterate prototypes (RAG/agent-based), transition validated solutions to production, contribute reusable skills to a firm-wide catalog, and partner with tech, legal, compliance, and desk leadership to ensure adoption, governance, and ongoing performance monitoring.

Support accounting and reporting for multiple private credit funds: prepare NAVs, analyze portfolio activity, reconcile cash and positions, assist audits and financial statements, compute fees and allocations, and improve processes while partnering with administrators and cross-functional finance teams.

Sell and trade non-agency RMBS and ABS, provide market color and relative value analysis, execute secondary and hedging trades, support transaction structuring and investor outreach, manage institutional relationships, monitor risk and compliance, and mentor junior team members to grow the securitized products franchise.
