Job Description
We are looking for a Content Writer and Moderator to research, write, proofread and publish online content for Traveloka Experience.
Content Writer and Moderator responsibilities include producing, fact-checking, and optimizing written pieces to increase user engagement. In this role, you will:

Understand Traveloka users, identify who they are and what their needs are, and create content to meet these needs

Produce high-quality, compelling content in line with detailed briefs, while adhering to Traveloka and our product’s tone of voice and style guide

Write various contents including, but not limited to product descriptions, landing page copy, articles, and other types of product content

Translate content from English to Vietnamese and vice versa

Crop, resize, and lightly-edit product photos as needed

Moderate user-generated content in English and Vietnamese based on existing content guidelines as necessary

Contribute to existing language style guides and other content guidelines

Research, brainstorm, and develop ideas for various types of product content
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field. English Literature, Communication, Marketing, or related fields are preferable

Fluent in English and Vietnamese

Experience in content writing, copy writing, translation is a plus
