Product Consultant (Pre-sale)

Job Summary 

Conducting as Technical Product/Service consultant (Pre-sale) of company to attract prospective customers or clients before and/or after product launch.  As a Technical Consulting role, tasks and duties may include identifying prospect for business opportunities.  In addition, this role will have to prepare pitch/presentation to provide product information/knowledge to prospect which also include internal marketing and sales teams for strategic support.

 
Job description:

• Support the preparation of solution proposals, presentations, and demonstrations for prospective clients.
  

• Gather and analyze client requirements to align with SCB TechX’s products, services, and technical capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Product, Delivery, and Architecture) to design appropriate solutions or proof-of-concepts.
• Assist in budget estimation, resource planning, and proposal documentation for client projects.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SCB TechX’s offerings (e.g., Payment Solutions, ISO Gateway, API Integration, Cloud Infrastructure).
• Provide ongoing administrative and coordination support during pre-sale activities, such as tracking opportunities, preparing meeting materials, and updating documentation.
• Support post-pitch follow-ups with clients to ensure clear understanding and smooth handover to delivery teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or master’s degree in business administration, Management, Software engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Pre-sales, IT-Project Management, Business Analysis, System Analysis or Developer.
• Practices and understand the concept of agile development framework and SDLC.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills both of Thai and English.
• Experienced in concrete of business/ technical sales and demonstrated analytical skills (preferred).
• Experienced in the systems integrator company (preferred).
• Experienced in overseas / international assignments (preferred)
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, and basic project documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a plus.
