Kyriba | Remote | Fixed Term - 3 months initially

Kyriba is seeking an experienced Product Consultant to join on a fixed-term contract basis. This is a high impact engagement for a senior product professional who can hit the ground running, quickly developing a deep understanding of Kyriba's product landscape and bringing hands on expertise to help us scale our delivery capability and strengthen our cash management and liquidity product area.

AI is at the centre of this engagement. The Rapid Product Design (RPD) model we are building is designed to be AI-native from the ground up, leveraging AI as the catalyst for faster, smarter product design and delivery. This role is an opportunity to help shape what that looks like in practice, embedding AI-driven ways of working into Kyriba's product organisation and setting the standard for how we build going forward.

You will work closely with Kyriba's Product and Engineering leadership and the Rapid Application Deployment (RAD) team in Engineering to help establish a Rapid Product Deployment (RPD) team within Product.

• Product Assessment & Onboarding

Conduct a structured review of Kyriba's product organisation, architecture, and ways of working with a specific lens on where AI can accelerate delivery, reduce friction, and unlock new capability, to build a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio, processes, and strategic priorities.

• RPD Team Establishment 

Design and implement a Rapid Product Design (RPD) team within the Product organisation, defining an AI-native operating model, roles, tooling, and delivery methodology that embeds AI at every stage of the product lifecycle, complementing the parallel RAD team being established within Engineering.

• Cross-Functional RPD & RAD Alignment 

Collaborate with Engineering leadership to align the Product RPD and Engineering RAD teams on shared AI principles, workflows, and delivery cadences, ensuring that AI-driven ways of working are consistent and mutually reinforcing across both functions.

• AI-Native Product Design 

Champion the use of AI tools, methodologies, and thinking across the RPD team and broader Product organisation, helping to define and embed an AI-native approach to rapid product design that will serve as a blueprint for how Kyriba builds products going forward.

• Strategic Advisory & Knowledge Transfer 

Leverage industry expertise to provide ongoing strategic input on AI adoption in product development, helping Kyriba's product organisation build lasting internal capability and stay ahead of the curve as AI continues to reshape how software products are designed and delivered.

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record as a senior product manager or product leader within fintech, treasury, or enterprise SaaS
• Experience building or operating within fast-paced, cross-functional delivery teams (RPD, RAD, agile, or similar)
• Demonstrable experience working with AI tools in a product context — and a clear point of view on how AI is reshaping product design and delivery
• Strong understanding of cash management, liquidity, or treasury products is highly desirable
• Ability to operate independently and make an impact quickly in a complex, matrixed organisation
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working remotely with a globally distributed team
