Horace Mann is a purpose-driven company that is passionate about educators. Join us as the Insurance Marketing Campaign Consultant by bringing your expertise and guidance in developing and executing strategies related to both product management and marketing campaigns.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
- Lead copywriter, with responsibility for the production, deployment and support of marketing collateral, lead-generation campaigns and related educator-facing workshops for field agent use
- Integrate new lead-generation concepts in collaboration with our Digital & Acquisition Marketing teams
- Collaborate with leadership teams for Property & Casualty and Life & Retirement segments to create marketing that meets business needs and growth goals
- Assimilate new ideas from partners at Donors Choose, Student Loan Solutions and our Education Associations team
- Establish metrics and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Deliver excellence in communications to internal teammates, field leadership and our 500-agent retail footprint
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5-7 years insurance industry experience required
- Demonstrated expertise of end-to-end campaign execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business writing and copy-editing skills
- Ability to collaborate with and influence broad audiences
