Prinsco is looking for an Application Engineer at our Willmar, MN office to provide technical support to our sales team and customers while helping drive product success and innovation. This role plays a key part in creating layout drawings, supporting product development, and collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This position pays between 67,000 and 75,000 and has a full benefit package with 2 medical plan options, dental, vision and 401k with a company match.
What You Will Do Provide technical support and guidance to sales representatives and customers on Prinsco products and applications
Create CAD drawings and layout designs to support bids, quotes, and project development
Develop detention system layouts and fabrication details for custom components
Review engineer designs and take offs to ensure product performance capabilities are met
Partner with manufacturing, engineering, and quality teams to support process and product improvements
Assist with new product development, research initiatives, and product testing
Support field testing and data collection for product validation and industry accreditation
Develop lab tests to simulate real world product applications
Create tools and calculators to improve sales efficiency and reduce costs
Maintain drawing libraries and documentation for sales and engineering teams
Provide drafting and technical support for operations and continuous improvement initiatives
