About You

  • Manages a specific set of offers from conception to end of life, acting as a subject matter expert for those offers.
  • Acts as a voice of the customer translating their needs into financially viable solutions.
  • Applies a balance of technical and business/market expertise to create offers that address customer needs, complement the company's strategy, and contribute to the company's financial success.
  • Builds connections with cross-functional stakeholders, such as product & program management, marketing, services, sales, legal, finance, and go-to-market teams so that the offer is a holistic solution for customers and absorbed quickly and successfully in the market.
  • Understands technical integrations across multiple platforms and technologies including CCaaS, SaaS, 3rd party, SDK's and API's, AI.
  • Works independently and exercises judgement within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management and launching new SaaS offers in the large enterprise market space.
  • 10+ years of experience working in the communications software industry, preferably contact center and unified communications.
  • 2+ years of experience working with AI integrations to communications applications.
  • Experience in Professional Services Offer Management is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work and drive success in a cross-functional team environment, including globally diverse teams.
  • Big picture thinking on emerging technologies, services, and solutions.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies and data driven pricing analytics.
  • Technical understanding of using SDK's and API's for communications software integrations.
  • Understanding of AI and how it fits into enterprise business communications solutions. Google AI and CCAI experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize conflicting requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize critical tasks and conflicting requirements with a high attention to detail.
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position.
  • Owner mentality and an entrepreneurial drive.
  • Full time position in the USA.
  • Role is hybrid. Number of days in office per week shall be decided and communicated during the interview process.
  • Preferred candidate location is Denver CO, Morristown NJ or Dallas TX. Will consider other remote locations for the right candidate.
  • Limited travel required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related Engineering fields.
  • MBA or working towards MBA.

Compensation

The pay range for this opportunity is from $112,700 to $152,150 + performance-related bonus + benefits

This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive an annual bonus that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and location.
