Job Title: Product Analytic Manager
Location – Rotterdam – There can be flexibility across other EU locations where we have an office base e.g. Denmark, Sweden etc.
PLEASE NOTE – This role is being offered as a hybrid role with regular visits to the office required monthly.
Job Summary:
Maersk are looking for an experienced Product Analytic Manager to bring their tech expertise into the Enablement and EUR Market team. In this role, you will function as a bridge between business and Tech teams and support the translation of needs in the team's own language.
As part of this role, you will also develop prototypes and tools based on data, which enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the teams and their processes. Through the algorithms, models and tools developed you will enable the team to deliver on the volume and revenue targets.

What you bring:
Technical Skills:

Basic level: Python (Scrapy)

Intermediate level: PBI visuals, Excel cubes creation, Python (Matplotlib), own dataset creation (i.e. in Postgress)

Advanced level: SQL, Python (Numpys, Pandas), Power BI data modelling & data transformation, working with Excel cubes, data mining skill
Other Skills:

Experience of communicating with both business practitioners and technical teams and ability to understand both sides

Ability to work independently

Experience of being able to take ownership of own projects and driving them E2E

High learning agility

Adaptability to changing business requirements

Proactiveness in generating ideas for improvement

An education in Engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics, programming, data, econometrics etc.

Experience in a similar role specifically Data Modelling experience.
