Role Overview

MultiBank Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Product Analyst to join our growing team in Dubai. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy, playing a critical part in shaping data-driven decision-making across our digital platforms.

As a Product Analyst, you will partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to uncover insights, optimize user experiences, and drive measurable improvements in product performance. You will leverage data to tell compelling stories, identify opportunities for growth, and influence product direction in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and product performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track product health and performance.

  • Define, monitor, and analyze key user lifecycle metrics such as activation, retention, engagement, and churn.

  • Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to drive continuous product improvement.

  • Conduct cohort analysis and deep-dive investigations to understand user segments and behavioral patterns.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define success metrics, hypotheses, and data-driven product roadmaps.

  • Translate complex business problems into structured analytical approaches and actionable insights.

  • Partner with Engineering and Data teams to ensure accurate data tracking, instrumentation, and data integrity.

  • Proactively monitor key metrics, identifying anomalies, risks, and growth opportunities early.

  • Work within fast-paced, cross-functional teams to support rapid iteration and product scaling.

Role Requirements

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in analytics, ideally within product or digital environments.

  • Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory) with the ability to query and manipulate large datasets.

  • Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, Python, or R.

  • Familiarity with product analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel).

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and communicate them effectively.

  • Contribute insights relevant to fintech/trading environments, including user behavior in high-frequency or transactional platforms.

  • Communicate insights and strategic recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
