Recruit, onboard and grow Introducing Brokers, affiliates and partners across an assigned territory. Manage partner relationships, drive trading volume, report on pipeline and operate within regulatory frameworks while supporting partners with tools and commercial terms.

Design, build, and deploy scalable data pipelines and ML solutions focused on customer personalization, churn prediction, segmentation, and GenAI-powered trader applications. Collaborate with marketing to centralize data, generate insights to improve retention and LTV, and translate technical results for stakeholders.

Lead design, build, deploy, and maintain production ML and LLM systems, own ML infrastructure and pipelines, implement MLOps (CI/CD, monitoring, drift detection), optimize inference and cost, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and data teams for scalable AI solutions.

Provide administrative and document support to the Corporate Governance team: maintain entity records, prepare board packs, draft minutes and resolutions, track filings and renewals, coordinate stakeholders, and improve governance processes across multiple jurisdictions.

Provide Mandarin-speaking client support via live chat, email, and phone during UK/evening coverage. Assist with account opening, verification, funding/withdrawals, and trading platforms (MT4/MT5/MultiBank-Plus). Escalate complex issues, maintain accurate interaction records, support KYC/compliance, and contribute to knowledge-base improvements.

Design, build, and scale an enterprise AI platform: data lakehouse, feature store, training and serving pipelines, MLOps, cloud infra on AWS, security/compliance embedding, mentoring, and architecture documentation for production AI systems.

Lead the Corporate Governance team to manage entity lifecycle across jurisdictions, liaise with intermediaries, build document infrastructure (checklists, templates, SLAs, SOPs), run weekly governance reporting (PowerBI), oversee QCore data changes, drive operational improvements, and coordinate closely with regulatory stakeholders while managing team performance and development.

Manage day-to-day office operations for the Kuala Lumpur office, including facilities, vendor and contract management, onboarding and employee support, event coordination, record-keeping, budget and expense tracking, and cross-functional coordination with HR, Finance, IT and regional leadership to support office setup and scaling.

Design, build, and deploy production AI agents and automated workflows using frontier LLMs and agent frameworks. Implement RAG with vector databases, integrate agents with internal systems, fine-tune and prompt-engineer models, and monitor agents for quality, cost, latency, and safety. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into agent-based automations.

Drive new client acquisition and manage a personal book of Forex clients. Advise on trading strategies and platforms, deliver sales presentations, educate clients on risk management, provide market intelligence, meet sales targets, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance and strong client service.

Develop and maintain backend systems for FX back-office and IB management, implementing commission engines, partner hierarchies, RESTful APIs, and scalable architectures. Optimize relational databases, support legacy platforms, integrate with MT4/MT5 and CRM/reporting systems, and ensure logging, validation, and auditability for financial data.

Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and storage for ML and analytics. Ensure data quality, accessibility, governance, and security; develop data APIs; support real-time processing; collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers; document architectures and metadata.

Build and own AWS cloud infrastructure and production-grade MLOps platform: design VPCs/IAM/networking, implement IaC and CI/CD, manage Docker/Kubernetes, deploy and serve models, enable observability, manage orchestration (Airflow/Dagster/Prefect), integrate analytics/metadata tools, and ensure security/compliance for AI and data workloads.

Manage day-to-day global legal entity lifecycle (incorporation to dissolution), draft board/shareholder resolutions and statutory filings, monitor QCore and Asana, maintain trackers (invoice, budgets, LEI), mentor junior staff, and support regulatory projects and governance initiatives.

Support daily social media operations: schedule and publish content, coordinate with design/video/marketing teams, monitor channels and community interactions, flag risks, track performance metrics, assist campaign launches and event coverage, and maintain organized content assets and reporting.

Design and build high-performance, secure, responsive web interfaces for trading platforms; integrate REST APIs and WebSockets; optimize speed and scalability; maintain brand and regulatory compliance; collaborate with backend, UX, and design teams.

Drive new client growth by engaging inbound and outbound leads, converting prospects into registered and funded trading accounts, guiding KYC and first deposits, maintaining CRM records, and meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs while adhering to compliance and regulatory processes.
