About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Product Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with Product Managers, R&D, and company leadership to define success metrics, analyze product performance, and drive data-informed decision making across the organization.
You will play a critical role in shaping product strategy by translating data into actionable insights, designing experiments, and helping teams understand user behavior and product impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, track, and monitor key product KPIs and success metrics
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Design, analyze, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to support product decisions
- Work closely with Product Managers and developers to define tracking requirements and implement product events
- Partner with Product, R&D, and Business stakeholders to support strategic initiatives
- Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and communicate insights
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Support critical company decisions with clear, data-driven insights
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Experience working with BI tools (Tableau is a strong advantage)
- Proven experience working closely with Product teams in a fast-paced environment
- Experience defining product metrics, analyzing user behavior, and measuring feature impact
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and analysis
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
