You are proactive, take end-to-end ownership, and energized by using automation and AI to solve complex problems. You enjoy diving deep into customer environments, uncovering patterns in messy data, and shaping product capabilities that deliver measurable impact.

What you’ll do:
- Analyze complex customer identity environments to generate value-driving insights
- Transform insights into scalable product features, automations, and alerting mechanisms
- Detect identity data gaps and irregularities to improve data quality and customer trust
- Design dashboards, digests, and insight-delivery mechanisms that operate at scale
- Define benchmarks and evaluate AI-powered identity recommendations for quality and consistency
- Identify recurring trends and systemic challenges to influence product roadmap decisions
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, AI engineers, and developers in a cross-functional environment
What you’ll bring:
- Strong technical analysis skills with the ability to investigate complex systems, logs, and behavioral patterns
- Proven experience in cybersecurity analysis
- Hands-on experience leveraging automation and AI to generate insights
- Familiarity with AI-native enterprise products, and the ability to evaluate outputs for accuracy, consistency, and business value
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, AI teams, and product managers
- A true builder mindset — proactive, resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated to prototype and automate
- Strong customer orientation — focused on delivering measurable, real-world value
Bonus skills
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience with graph databases, network analysis, or related domains
- Experience with AI systems and agents, including prompt design, evaluation frameworks, MCPs, or conversational AI
- Ambition to grow into a Product Management or AI/Data Engineering role
