The Product Analyst will support stakeholders and products in our Open Banking Division.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the voice of our internal stakeholders.
  • Collect and analyze product feedback from internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor the product ticketing system and provide timely feedback to the requestor as additional details are gathered.
  • Identify antipatterns and issues and present written breakdowns to the product and development teams for review.
  • Support product updates across the organization, answer questions from key stakeholders, and work with the product team to update documentation.
  • Support agile initiatives by completing assigned tasks while managing shifting priorities and projects.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or computer science. 
  • Two plus years working as a product owner, or relevant experience identifying and solving customer product needs.
  • Two plus years managing Software as a Service (SaaS) products in or related to the financial industry. 

Key Competencies:

  • Excellent understanding of APIs, including REST and GraphQL.
  • Strong written skills, especially in terms of technical documentation, Agile workflows, and product education. 
  • Expert in agile and sprint development methodologies. 
  • Familiarity with engineering constraints and requirements.
  • Ability to research new topics and develop a deep understanding while maintaining a strong attention to detail.
