Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication.
Healthcare systems are struggling; our solution is communication. We have a bold vision: everyone involved in a patient's care - including the patient - should be able to communicate easily with each other. And we believe every NHS staff member should be using our software to make that happen.
As a Product Analyst, your role will be mission-critical and you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS. You'll directly enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care. Specifically, you will empower our product squads to make data-driven decisions by measuring the success of product releases, identifying new opportunities through deep-dive analysis, and ensuring we prioritise the most valuable improvements for our users.
To give a flavour of what you might be working on, right now we are focused on:
Implementing our AI Scribe across GP practices, hospitals, and other care settings, and ensuring every patient leaves an appointment with a clearly documented summary
Translating our expertise from implementing total triage in GP practices to improve how hospital specialist services deliver care
Powering communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, a new type of service bringing together staff from different organisations that is pivotal to the government’s 10-year plan
The Unique Challenges You’ll Solve
Bridging Data and Strategy: Collaborating with product managers to set KPIs for each project and ensuring we track the impact of every change to measure success.
Optimising the User Journey: Conducting deep-dive analyses in your product domain to understand user behaviour, uncover trends, and generate insights that help identify new opportunities.
Driving Scientific Improvement: Working with product managers to design, implement, and analyse A/B tests to ensure we move from "gut feel" to data-driven iterations.
What We're Looking For
We need a Product Analyst who embodies our Principles and thrives on significant challenges. We're seeking the core skills below, coupled with a mindset ready for real impact.
We're looking for a Product Analyst to join us at Accurx with:
Analytical Background: Experience in a product-focused analytics function where you have supported baselining and metric targeting. You don't just pull data; you clean, prepare, and interpret it to find the story, and always ensure your work is contributing to moving product metrics.
Experimentation Skills: Hands-on experience designing, running, and analysing A/B testing to validate product hypotheses.
Cross-functional Collaboration: You have experience working with product managers, engineers and designers. You are proactive in asking "why" and seeking to understand the user behind the numbers.
Technical Toolkit: Proficient in writing accurate and efficient SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data, and have experience using Python or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. You are motivated by deeply understanding the data, developing your technical abilities, and writing correct and readable code.
Product Analytics Tools: Experience with platforms like Mixpanel or Amplitude. You can build reports and visualisations, and teach others how to leverage analytics to track their metrics.
Storytelling & Visualisation: Able to use data and analytics to build persuasive arguments. You can present your findings clearly, ensuring stakeholders understand the "so what" behind the numbers.
