Lead small to medium NHS transformation pilots from planning and onboarding through evaluation and evidence building. Own product analytics for a healthcare platform: define success metrics, run deep-dive analyses, design and evaluate A/B tests, and build self-service dashboards to inform product decisions and improve clinician workflows.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll design and implement ML systems, collaborate with Data Scientists, and evolve models for healthcare communication, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Partner with product pod leads to define measurable strategy, run experimentation (A/B tests), perform deep behavioural and cohort analyses, build self-service dashboards, lead end-to-end analytics projects, and mentor analysts to influence product decisions across the platform.
