As a Senior Product Engineer, you will own features end-to-end, design system architecture, engage with users, and ensure software quality in a clinical context.

Own and evolve the presentation layer of the data warehouse, design and maintain self-serve data models, optimise performance, uphold data quality and governance, partner with BI teams, drive self-serve adoption, support strategic data initiatives, and mentor teammates to build a scalable, trusted analytics platform.

As a Staff ML/AI Engineer, you will set technical direction for AI/ML systems, mentor engineers, and advocate for new product capabilities, ensuring quality and alignment with product goals.

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll design and implement ML systems, collaborate with Data Scientists, and evolve models for healthcare communication, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Product Officer and incoming CTO, managing complex diaries, stakeholder communication, board materials, leadership forum logistics, events, travel, and process improvements. Enable executive prioritisation, draft and screen correspondence, and coordinate product & tech governance and presentations.

Twelve-month maternity-cover Senior Product Designer on the Neighbourhoods team. Rapidly pick up in-flight work, conduct user research with clinicians, design end-to-end product experiences, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Research, contribute to and extend the Pulse design system, and produce clear handover documentation for the returning designer.

Lead and manage complex rollouts of Accurx products in secondary care, drive adoption (especially AI features like Scribe), set and protect implementation scope, manage stakeholder expectations, review post-go-live usage, use internal AI dashboards to scale, and continuously improve implementation processes.

Own product analytics for a healthcare platform: define success metrics, run deep-dive analyses, design and evaluate A/B tests, and build self-service dashboards to inform product decisions and improve clinician workflows.

Partner with product pod leads to define measurable strategy, run experimentation (A/B tests), perform deep behavioural and cohort analyses, build self-service dashboards, lead end-to-end analytics projects, and mentor analysts to influence product decisions across the platform.

Own and improve privacy frameworks (ROPA, data mapping, third-party risk); run DPIAs; lead NHS Information Governance and DSPT compliance; advise product, engineering and business teams on data protection; manage supplier due diligence and complex data subject requests; design and deliver privacy training and awareness.

Manage a portfolio of enterprise NHS accounts end-to-end (5–11 accounts), drive adoption, lead renewals, build trust in primary and secondary care, shape account management playbooks, and act as the customer voice across cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes using AI-enabled tools.

Own end-to-end product features for NHS-facing healthcare software: refine problems with clinicians, design architecture and APIs, implement and roll out reliable, safe solutions, maintain system health, and engage users through research and practice visits. Apply engineering judgment, manage technical debt, and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs while collaborating with Product, Design and Clinical teams.

As a Product Engineer, you'll own features from problem definition through architecture and implementation, working closely with clinicians and product staff to ensure reliable and user-friendly solutions.
