As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll design and implement ML systems, collaborate with Data Scientists, and evolve models for healthcare communication, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Partner with product pod leads to define measurable strategy, run experimentation (A/B tests), perform deep behavioural and cohort analyses, build self-service dashboards, lead end-to-end analytics projects, and mentor analysts to influence product decisions across the platform.

Manage and maintain the security risk register, lead risk assessment sessions, drive Cyber Essentials Plus audit readiness, deliver data classification and access control workstreams, track risk treatment actions, and support ISO 27001/DSPT evidence collection and security policy documentation.

Own day-to-day office operations and visitor experience at the Shoreditch office. Manage reception, deliveries, meeting rooms, facilities maintenance, suppliers and contractors. Plan and deliver company events, manage budgets and contingency plans, improve/automate workplace processes, and collaborate with IT, People, Finance and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless, welcoming workplace.

Own end-to-end product features for NHS-facing healthcare software: refine problems with clinicians, design architecture and APIs, implement and roll out reliable, safe solutions, maintain system health, and engage users through research and practice visits. Apply engineering judgment, manage technical debt, and critically evaluate AI-generated outputs while collaborating with Product, Design and Clinical teams.

Own go-to-market for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland: build pipeline across health boards and practices, run deals from quick practice sales to long multi-stakeholder negotiations, win technical integration debates, convert pilots into scaled contracts, use data to prioritise territories, and document repeatable nation-specific playbooks.

As a Staff ML/AI Engineer, you will set technical direction for AI/ML systems, mentor engineers, and advocate for new product capabilities, ensuring quality and alignment with product goals.
