The Health Solutions Business area has a need for Product Analyst to support our customers’ mission in advancing biomedical research and protecting public health. Primary Responsibilities:
- Identify business needs, goals, and objectives and work alongside the Product Owner from Ideation to Launch
- Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Develop business requirements, functional specifications, and use cases.
- Conduct research and gather data to support business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements.
- Participate in testing and quality assurance activities.
- Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years prior relevant technical experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of all business analysis practices with emphasis on business requirements gathering, facilitation, testing and workflow analysis.
- Experience with business process modeling/mapping, use case modeling and sequence flow diagramming.
- Knowledge and or Experience with Agile Development.
- Prior experience with JIRA (or similar requirement management/defect tracking tool(s)), Confluence etc.
- Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical concepts and systems.
- Demonstrated good understanding of engineering fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience working directly with customers to discuss their requirements and objectives.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially when presenting to the client and/or teammates.
- Possess effective problem-solving and analytic ability; Ability to perform general research and communicate and/or produce relevant information/documentation for review/consideration by the customer.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience with supporting highly critical customer missions.
- Proven experience working in complex projects gathering user requirements and converting them into system requirements.

Pay Range:Pay Range $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
