Summary:
As a Product Analyst, you will support the product development process by gathering and analyzing data to help drive product decisions. You will collaborate with the product team to document requirements, assist in prioritizing features, and ensure the product meets customer expectations. Your focus will be on conducting detailed analyses, preparing reports, and helping teams understand customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Product Owner and Product Manager in gathering requirements through data analysis, market research, and customer feedback
  • Support the creation of user stories and documentation to capture product functionalities clearly and concisely
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to perform user acceptance testing and ensure features meet the defined criteria
  • Analyze product metrics and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement for product performance
  • Help prioritize feature requests and product enhancements by providing data-driven insights to the product team
  • Coordinate with service and operational teams to troubleshoot any product-related issues
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders on product performance and customer insights


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in product analysis or business analysis, preferably in financial services or SaaS companies
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
  • Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Azure DevOps or JIRA
  • Self-starter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work across teams to gather and analyze data
  • Fintech or financial services industry experience is a plus
