Responsibilities:
- Conduct segmentation analysis to enhance website personalization by identifying key segments within customer data.
- Perform internal data audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Create custom reports using clickstream data to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize data trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality and consistency across platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in segmentation analysis and clickstream auditing.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with segmentation analysis and clickstream auditing.
- Ability to create custom reports using internal data.
- Familiarity with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
Technical Skills (Preferred):
- Experience with data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for data analysis.
- Familiarity with data governance and data quality best practices.
- Understanding of web analytics tools and methodologies.
