SocialPilot is seeking a talented Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will contribute to building impactful SaaS products in the Martech space that resonate with our customers. You will work within a highly collaborative environment alongside cross-functional teams, including UX and UI designers, product managers, engineers, customer success managers, and marketing managers. This role is full-time, Ahmedabad, India
What You Will Do- Jointly responsible along with product team for driving product growth with a positive impact on product and business metrics
- Understand markets, competition, and user needs in-depth
- Drive sprint planning and prioritization for new feature development
- Collaborate on feature concepts and write product briefs
- Work with the engineering team to materialize the desired product experiences
- Monitor product metrics using various data and insights tools
- Launch new features, test their performance and iterate quickly
- At least one year of experience in a fast-paced software product company as a product analyst, data analyst, product owner, or associate product manager.
- Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Set up product monitoring to track various metrics using various data tools and drive insights
- Technical background and a basic understanding of software engineering concept
- Excellent communicator, natural bridge-builder, and conflict diffuser
