As a key member of the product management team, Product Analyst holds a significant role within our organization, serving as a vital link between customer needs and the delivery of our products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers, cross-functional development teams, and business stakeholders to drive the success and quality of product development.

As a Product Analyst, you will leverage your strong analytical skills to translate business needs into defined product features. You will design and implement a product quality strategy including a robust testing strategy, and conduct analysis on product usage and feedback to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Management Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to develop product requirements and features definitions.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product capabilities roadmap.
  • Lead the product backlog refinement, drive the design and quality of user story definitions, and optimize the sequence of product feature development.
  • Lead the development of product testing scenarios that provide sufficient coverage of the product features definitions; and maintain the testing scenarios to reflect the product changes.
  • Work with cross-functional development teams to ensure that product development aligns with customers’ needs.

Product Analysis Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product and customer analysis to inform the develop the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Advocate for the users of the product and strive to provide a positive user experience.
  • Analyze product usage, business architectures and process, and data definition and flows; design and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze the product testing scenarios and drive the test case development from cross-functional development teams.
  • Analyze the testing result and ensure the product meets business needs and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

Portfolio Management Responsibilities:

  • Assist product managers in managing the Bank’s project portfolio.
  • Monitor product development KPIs, identify the risks that could impact product goals.
  • Communicate progress and performance to stakeholders.
  • Help prioritize and align product delivery with Bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, management information system or related fields.
  • 3+ years of experience working as a SAFe product owner, technical project manager or equivalent role in an Agile software development environment.
  • 5+ years of experience working as a product analyst, business analyst, data analyst, or quality assurance analyst in the development of complex software products.
  • Demonstrable experience across full spectrum SDLC environment for web applications and web APIs, particularly strong in Analysis, Design and Test phases.
  • Proven experience with requirements elicitation, expert ability to manage the needs of diverse stakeholders. Demonstrable experience in diagraming software components, processes flows, data flows and other architectural artifacts.
  • Practical experience with software testing methodologies and techniques, ability to design and execute testing strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong presentation skill and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in navigating through ambiguity, demonstrating confidence to make difficult decisions and leading through adversity with a focus on the eventual right outcomes.
  • Knowledge of regulations and standards in the financial service industry.
  • Possession of one of the following certifications or equivalent: SAFe Product Owner, Agile Product Management or Scrum Product Owner
