Assists with system testing, procedures, SQL queries, SSRS reports, and Power Automate workflows. Requires strong customer service, communication, organization, data-handling, and teamwork skills while maintaining compliance with Bank policies and federal regulations.

Manage identity lifecycle, entitlement and privileged access (Azure Entra/ADDS, PIM, Access Packages), process member access requests, run access reviews, prepare audit evidence, and participate in security incident on-call response and investigations.

Support data-driven activities across the bank: build, automate, and maintain reports and dashboards; analyze large datasets; meet business units to understand processes; identify and automate process improvements; communicate findings to senior management.
