Position Summary
We are seeking a Product Analyst to support the rollout of an iPad-based Health application across multiple healthcare facilities. The application enables nurses and technicians to electronically document patient information, integrating the data into the patient's medical record.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate application implementations across multiple facilities
- Participate in kickoff calls, readiness activities, and Go-Live support
- Partner with clinical teams, IT, project management, and the application vendor
- Track implementation activities, issues, action items, and documentation
- Provide end-user support and help troubleshoot application/workflow issues
Requirements
- Experience in Product Analyst, Application Support, Implementation, Business Analyst, IT Support, or Customer Support roles
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Comfortable providing occasional after-hours Go-Live support
- Healthcare/clinical experience is a plus, particularly working with nurses, technicians, EMR/EHR systems, or healthcare applications
