Position Summary
The Senior Product Analyst supports enterprise implementation of real-time location services (RTLS) solutions across healthcare facilities. This position partners with physical security, emergency operations, IT, and facility leadership, with a strong focus on project management, vendor coordination, and delivery of scalable RTLS solutions.
Responsibilities
Implementation & Project Management
- Lead end-to-end Kontakt.io RTLS implementations across multiple facilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (clinical, IT, security, vendors)
- Ensure on-time delivery, system performance, and compliance standards
- Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization
Product & Integration Support
- Translate operational and clinical requirements into technical solutions
- Define and document integration workflows (HL7, APIs, IoT platforms)
- Partner with vendors to deliver training materials and user adoption plans
- Support system upgrades, testing, and lifecycle management
Operations & Optimization
- Support Power BI and data analytics initiatives tied to RTLS data
- Troubleshoot incidents and maintain knowledge base documentation
- Drive optimization initiatives including SSO, workflow improvements, and multi-site deployments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years experience in technology implementation, product, or project management
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong execution and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement
- Ability to drive results, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Analytical mindset with focus on data integrity and system performance
