What you will do:
- Business Analyst: Analyze user behavior and website & app performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights into feature adoption and user engagement. You will be the main point of contact about users' registrations process analytics.
- Technology Master: Help transform our business by leveraging data & technology to maintain P&G's leadership position. Develop an acute understanding of technology's role as a competitive advantage.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the website development team to successfully drive the development of new features that enhance user experience.
Job Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in SQL or querying databases, data extraction, and manipulation in the cloud (GCP or Azure).
- Work experience or certification in data visualization tools, preferably with Power BI.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning. Curiosity and eagerness to learn about digital products and analytical techniques.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Data manipulation & advanced analytics in Python– nice to have.
- Google Analytics knowledge – nice to have.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, a Master’s degree is a plus.
