Job Overview
Sitting within the JJT Innovative Medicine ERP Strategy team, this role will support strategy and portfolio execution across Legacy ERPs and Transcend S/4HANA. Working closely with the Strategy Lead, Technical Product Teams, Deployment teams, Finance, Vendor Management, and other cross-functional partners, the Product Analyst - JJT Strategy & Portfolio will help translate established strategic principles, execution guardrails, and portfolio priorities into structured planning, governance support, analytics, and delivery routines.
The role will provide hands-on analytical and coordination support for portfolio visibility, demand and capacity planning, resource planning, progress monitoring, and strategic intake enablement. These deliverables will be supported through established Strategy team leadership and governance, with this role helping execute, maintain, and continuously improve the models, dashboards, data inputs, and operating mechanisms needed to support disciplined portfolio execution and value creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Portfolio Execution Support: Support the Strategy & Portfolio function in applying established execution principles, portfolio guardrails, and governance expectations through practical planning routines with Technical Product Teams, Deployment teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Methodology and Delivery Alignment: Work with Technical Product and Deployment teams to help monitor whether execution remains aligned to defined principles, operating standards, and agreed ways of working, highlighting gaps or risks for Strategy leadership review.
- Portfolio Progress Monitoring: Measure, monitor, and synthesize portfolio progress across key workstreams, helping identify execution risks, planning gaps, data quality anomalies, and trends that require follow-up or leadership attention.
- Resource Planning and Financial Partnership Support: Maintain resource planning views across the portfolio in partnership with Finance and the Vendor Management Analyst, supporting onboarding coordination, capacity and allocation visibility, forecast updates, and Budget versus Actuals reviews.
- Demand and Capacity Modeling: Help enhance demand versus capacity estimation models by connecting rolled-up discovery insights, mid-level planning assumptions, and technical team capacity into clear portfolio views.
- Strategic Demand Intake and AI Enablement: Support the exploration and build-out of AI-enabled agents and automation opportunities that improve strategic demand intake, prioritization, value tracking, and portfolio decision support.
- Data Visualization and Integrity: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reporting views, and analytical outputs that support portfolio governance while helping validate source data integrity, consistency, and traceability across planning and execution datasets.
- Business Case, Value, and Continuous Improvement Support: Prepare analysis, insights, and supporting materials that contribute to business and value case development, value tracking, and continuous improvement opportunities across key ERP value streams.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in portfolio management, technology strategy support, ERP program delivery, supply chain systems, resource planning, data analytics, or related multi-site and multi-system environments.
- Experience working at the intersection of IT, ERP platforms, supply chain operations, and business stakeholders, with the ability to connect requirements, planning inputs, and execution data into practical portfolio insights.
- Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Solver, and productivity tools; exposure to low-code/no-code applications, automation, or AI-enabled solutions preferred.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodology and delivery practices; Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe, or related Agile certification preferred.
- Ability to manage, validate, and interpret large amounts of data, with knowledge of data modeling, reporting, visualization, and dashboard development to support portfolio planning and governance routines.
- Experience supporting demand and capacity planning, resource planning, forecast updates, Budget versus Actuals review, or related financial and portfolio management processes is preferred.
- Knowledge of Signavio and LeanIX preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$65,000.00 - $104,650.00Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
