Product Analyst- Intern

We are looking for Product Analyst – Intern a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the Product Manager in defining clear, actionable product requirements for Mortgage. In this role, you will collaborate closely with different teams to ensure smooth delivery of features that address real customer needs. This position offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, business analysis, and agile development practices, while acting as a bridge between business goals and technical execution.

We are looking for someone who has:
1) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
2) Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3) Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace for documentation and presentations.
4) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5) Good understanding of product lifecycle and requirement gathering processes.

6) Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Nice -to have

1) Understanding of the mortgage domain.

2) Exposure to data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel (advanced functions), or BI tools like Tableau / Power BI.

3) Knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint processes.
4) Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles or wireframing tools such as Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro.

Your responsibilities would include:
1) Work with the Product Manager to gather, document, and refine requirements from business stakeholders and customers.
2)Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes, where applicable.

3) Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature prioritization.
4) Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
5) Prepare clear documentation including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, and release notes.
6) Support internal and external stakeholders with product-related queries.
7) Learn and apply best practices in agile product development and product lifecycle management.
