Brown & Brown is Seeking a Producer in Training to join our growing team in Brentwood, TN
The Insurance Producer in Training will work closely with senior producers to learn the fundamentals of selling insurance, managing client accounts, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The ideal candidate is motivated, eager to learn, and interested in pursuing a long-term career in the insurance field.
How You Will Contribute
- Technical Commercial insurance training
- In depth coverage analysis and policy review
- Insurance carrier marketing
- Outside sales and customer consultation
- Business to business relationship development
- Account management and customer service
Licenses and Certifications:
- Active license or obtain within 90 days of employment, required
Skills & Experience to Be Successful
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, required
- Bachelor’s Degree, required
- Strong financial aptitude, required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, required
