Position Summary
This position directly supports the Strategic Partnership's organization mission to strengthen relationships with our producer partners and support the achievement of Aetna’s growth and retention objectives. Individuals in this role will develop and analyze recurring reporting and tools to assess and communicate the performance of our incentive programs in order to support decision-making processes and provide insights that helps our senior leaders and sales/AM teams achieve our growth goals.
The key deliverables in this role include monthly reporting in support of our producer incentive programs, administration of Aetna’s contracts with General Agents, managing our resource center in SharePoint as well as other ad-hoc projects such as the credentialing of our reporting suite. The associate in this position will be able to develop their technical skillset using Microsoft Access, Excel, SharePoint and Tableau. They will be able to work independently and provide recommendations on potential enhancements to our reporting suite.
Fundamental Components
- Responsible for timely, accurate and insightful reporting and tools in collaboration with colleagues both inside and outside of own work area.
- Manages all aspects of General Agent contracting, inclusive of rate analyses, term changes, vesting procedures.
- Tracks progress and communicates project status on a regular basis to all impacted parties.
- Manages development and distribution of training, presentation and other materials for incentive reporting rollouts.
- Identifies gaps and recommends process improvements to new/existing reports, tools, processes, projects or workflows.
- Proactively leads assigned projects by creating project timeline, identifying key milestones and identifying additional resources needed to successfully complete the work.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in data/business analytics, strategic business planning, managing large data sets and/or reporting and analyses
- 1-3 years of experience in Excel (x lookups)
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Access (link tables and write queries)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, stakeholders and leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively within work teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong prioritization and organization skills
- Attention to detail

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (REQUIRED)

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
