IN A NUTSHELL

As the Producer, you’ll shape the creative vision and content strategy of the General Events team, collaborating closely with Communication Managers, Channel Management, Production Management, and local country teams to deliver purposeful and engaging content that reinforces the brand and connects with audiences.

From developing innovative formats and storytelling concepts to leading end-to-end productions and collaborating with internal and external production partners, you’ll ensure high editorial, technical, and creative standards. You’ll also strengthen content capabilities across our country teams, sharing expertise and best practices while identifying local stories and production opportunities with the potential to scale globally.

In this role, you’ll create impactful content that engages audiences, elevates local capabilities, and strengthens the wider Red Bull network.

 

INNOVATIVE CONTENT STRATEGY

As the creative content lead within the project team, you’ll translate the overarching General Events strategy into a compelling creative vision, working closely with the wider team and especially Communication Managers to develop content strategies and innovative formats that meet project goals and reinforce brand identity.

You’ll ensure content delivers purposeful narratives and engaging storytelling that resonates with core, casual, and new audiences. Working closely with the Channel Manager, you’ll align content with audience insights, platform requirements, and programming objectives to maximize impact and engagement across channels. By staying ahead of emerging content trends, innovations, and data insights, you’ll continuously evolve the creative strategy and uncover new opportunities for future formats.

 

PRODUCTION EXCELLENCE AND GLOBAL COLLABORATION

You’ll lead and execute end-to-end content productions, from concept and pre-production through to post-production, ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest brand, editorial, technical, and quality standards. Acting as the main producer for content productions, you’ll take on the role of producer, director, creative lead, or commissioning producer depending on the media product and scale.

Working closely with Production Management and the internal Live Broadcast team, you’ll ensure seamless coordination across scheduling, locations, crews, legal processes, and production delivery. You’ll also commission the right internal central content teams and external partners, building a strong network of production agencies, freelancers, and creative talent to enable efficient, agile workflows and deliver innovative, state-of-the-art content.

In collaboration with the Media Partnerships team, you’ll identify and establish strategic co-production opportunities with third-party platforms, brands, and broadcasters.
 

RED BULL COUNTRY NETWORK

You’ll collaborate closely with local market teams to build content expertise, elevate the quality and consistency of local productions, and align content with the global strategy. By providing feedback, sharing best practices and learnings, and developing educational resources and global standards for content formats and production processes, you’ll enable local market teams to deliver high-quality content with greater consistency.

At the same time, you’ll identify local content and production opportunities with the potential to scale globally, helping amplify strong local initiatives and increase their reach and impact across the wider Red Bull network.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience developing and commissioning non-live content projects.
  • Proven track record developing and producing distinctive content, long-form, short form and social media formats.
  • Passion for sport & media in a digital environment as well as understanding of distribution and media partnerships.
  • Editorial expertise, with the ability to evaluate and give clear, constructive feedback on ideas, treatments, productions, etc.
  • Skills in coordinating and guiding production partners from concept development phase through to production and delivery.
  • Excellent presentation skills, Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
  • Team-player and self-starter mentality with the ability to communicate efficiently and reliably in a multilingual, multicultural environment.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,760 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
