About the RoleThe Content Designer / Digital Content Creator is the creative design engine of our automotive client's Internal Communications team.
The role transforms communication topics into engaging visual stories and develops compelling content experiences across intranet, employee app and digital communication channels.
Combining design expertise, motion graphics, video editing, excellence in visual craft and creative thinking, this position helps bring our automotive client’s internal communication strategy to life through impactful and visually distinctive content.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development
- Develop visual communication concepts and content ideas
- Translate editorial topics into engaging visual narratives
- Create new content formats and communication approaches
- Contribute innovative ideas and creative inspiration
- Evolve existing communication series and recurring formats
Design & Content Creation
- Create graphics, presentations, infographics and digital assets
- Design content for intranet and employee app
- Develop channel-specific creative executions
- Ensure consistent application of our client's brand guidelines
Motion Design & Video Editing
- Edit and adapt photo and video content
- Create cut-downs, motion graphics and animated assets
- Add subtitles, headlines and graphic elements

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a creative agency, digital agency or content production environment
- Strong design and visual storytelling skills
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience in video editing and motion design
- Strong understanding of digital content formats and platform requirements
- Interest in AI-supported content creation
- Fluent German and English (client and project language is always German)
