At Greenvolt Group, we are looking for a Procurement Analyst Trainee to join our Non-Core Procurement team. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to operational processes and cross-functional projects in an international environment.
What you will do
You will support the Procurement team in day-to-day activities, while contributing to ongoing improvement initiatives:
- Support procurement processes, including purchase requests and supplier follow-up
- Work with SAP on the creation and monitoring of purchase orders (POs)
- Assist in Non-Core categories such as fleet management, travel, and facilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
- Support data analysis, reporting, and tool development (Excel / Power BI)
- Collaborate with internal teams and international stakeholders
- Participate in meetings, follow-ups, and supplier communication
Requirements
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, or a related field;
- Interest in Procurement / Supply Chain;
- Good knowledge of Excel and MS Office tools;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong analytical skills, organization, and proactivity;
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
