About the role
As a Procurement System Administrator, you will be part of our Procurement Operations Team for Europe and support suppliers onboarding, training, and enablement connected to the SAP Business Network platform. Your work will contribute to the Supplier Enablement Initiative, which aims to improve efficiency, communication, and strengthen long‑term supplier relationships.

What you will do
Ensure smooth collaboration with Essity and our key suppliers through SAP Business Network platform.
Lead and coordinate supplier integration and enablement projects.
Follow up on suppliers on enablement activities and documentation.
Provide first-line support to suppliers during enablement.
Deliver online training sessions and support project implementation.
Who you are
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent field.
First experience in supplier collaboration, procurement, supply chain, or related operational roles.
Familiarity with Office 365 and Sap Business Network.
A flexible, curiosity-driven mindset with a willingness to embrace new processes and systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to lead projects with suppliers while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
