Responsible for supporting operational efficiency by assisting in the procurement of academic materials, school supplies, equipment, and operational needs, which includes coordinating with vendors regarding purchasing, product availability, and delivery schedules. This role effectively manages procurement requests, purchasing documents, and inventory administration reports while supporting comprehensive inventory management tasks such as asset labeling, storage organization, and stock opname. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, data is continuously updated and maintained to ensure that all inventory records accurately reflect actual stock conditions and quantities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the procurement of academic materials, school supplies, equipment, and operational needs.
2. Monitor, update, and maintain accurate inventory and stock opname records.
3. Coordinate with vendors regarding purchasing, delivery schedules, and product availability.
4. Manage procurement requests, purchasing documents, and inventory administration reports.
5. Update and maintain data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
6. Support inventory management, including asset labeling, storage organization, and record keeping.
7. Ensure inventory records accurately reflect actual stock conditions and quantities.
Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
3. Detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong administrative skills.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.
5. Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
6. Having at least 1 year of experience in Procurement/Purchasing is an advantage.
7. Basic knowledge of inventory and asset management is preferred.
