Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Procurement Specialist is responsible for driving cost optimization, enabling an effective management of key suppliers and risks as well as supporting an efficient sourcing process of goods and services (f.e.: Facility/Office Management, Local Sourcing of Print Materials, Supporting Tender Processes, Fleet management, Lead of Administration…) for Red Bull Spain. You will concentrate your efforts on identifying, planning, and executing procurement strategies and initiatives for goods and services of Red Bull’s third-party suppliers. This includes working cross-functionally to define and align business needs as well as procurement strategies and approaches with internal stakeholders.

Support cost optimization and procurement excellence. The role involves analyzing business spend, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, and ensuring transparency in third‑party expenses. You will help develop and implement procurement policies, manage supplier performance and agreements, and monitor market trends to anticipate pricing and availability. Additionally, you will support the identification of new suppliers and communicate the value that Procurement brings to the organization.
SOURCE TO CONTRACT
Develops category strategies to improve efficiency, aligns procurement actions with business goals, supports major tenders, defines negotiation tactics, leads supplier negotiations through contract approval, and advises on budget adjustments when needed.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Supports setting annual procurement targets with the Procurement Manager and aligning them with stakeholders. It establishes regular management reporting on ongoing initiatives and results and develops and executes KPI reporting for key suppliers and spend.
BUSINESS PARTNERING & TEAM
Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to align on procurement needs and optimize budget spend. It works closely with budget owners to develop end‑to‑end sourcing strategies and ensures key supplier relationships and performance are properly managed.
Requisitos- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or proven experience on the job
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Procurement role, ideally in FMCG industry.
- High level of Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point skills
- SAP experience desirable
- Solid understanding of category management and state of the art “source to- contract” procurement processes
- Experience in project and process management and working in a high volume FMCG industry desirable
- Fluent in English and Spanish written and spoken
- Analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.
- Ability to prioritize multiple activities and focus efforts
- Good stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Good knowledge of drafting contract
- Proactive, empathetic, positive attitude.
