We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely execution and procurement of material orders according to specified production requirements.
  • Organize the procurement process for equipment and tools needed for production and engineering.
  • Collaborate with existing suppliers and seek new ones, negotiating procurement and delivery contract terms.
  • Conduct market research and price monitoring.
  • Maintain procurement, material, and documentation databases in the ERP system.
  • Confirm and control the delivery times of ordered goods.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in procurement.
  • Experience, knowledge, or education in a technical field is considered an advantage.
  • Experience working in a large electronics/mechanics manufacturing company is considered an advantage.
  • Proficiency in working with ERP systems (Monitor G5 is considered an advantage).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a team.
  • Readiness to find problem solutions, flexibility, and ability to take responsibility for work results.
  • Quality-oriented attitude, precision, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
