The Opportunity
To strengthen our Supply Chain Management team, we are looking for a Procurement Specialist. As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible to identify new suppliers in cooperation with the relevant category team, negotiate offers and agreements with suppliers.
Position can be remote ( Portugal, Spain, Poland).
How you'll make an impact

Analyzes and evaluates bids in order to determine the optimal value.

Supports bid and proposal teams by providing commercial offer as per Tender needs

Tracks goods received to verify appropriate delivery and ensure invoice processing.

Oversees supplier performance (on time delivery, quality, lead time), and resolves performance issues.

Initiates purchase orders (PO) in the system, according to the Purchase Requisitions and in alignment with standard procedures, and confirms delivery with suppliers, monitors and tracks supplier performance to purchase order requirements.

Aligns supplier orders with customer requirements (based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)/project requirements) in terms of content, quality, delivery, sustainability and price.

Conducts all SCM (Supply Chain Management) activities for all goods and services in accordance with policies and procedures. Ensures global supplier relationship management Tool is kept updated.

Applies practical knowledge of job area, typically obtained through education and work experience, with a tactical mindset.
Your background

Fluently English or native. French is a plus

Minimum 3 years in procurement

Proactive and Good team member

Negotiation skills

Knowledge and experience with SAP / S4H
