We are looking for a Procurement Coordinator with hands-on SAP experience to join our team and take part in a global SAP project.
This is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on procurement role while gaining exposure to global processes, systems, and financial operations.
The role includes:
- Taking part in a global SAP Public Cloud project, with a focus on procurement and financial processes
- Working with SAP as part of ongoing procurement activities and supporting new processes
- Working with local and international vendors, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, follow-up, and control
- Collaborating closely with Finance, IT, and external consultants
- Monitoring procurement processes in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Preparing reports, analyzing data, and supporting financial control processes
- Working in Hebrew and English with local and global stakeholders
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement / purchasing – mandatory
- Hands-on experience working with SAP – mandatory
- Experience working in a medium to large organization – an advantage
- Financial orientation and familiarity with financial processes – an advantage
- Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Technological orientation and ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
