We are looking for a Process Manager to lead process transformation and optimization for the SAP S4 Hana implementation. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end process excellence, benchmarking best practices, and enabling change leadership across global teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to map current and future-state processes, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process transformation initiatives aligned with SAP S/4 Hana implementation.
- Conduct workshops to map and analyze current and future-state procurement processes.
- Benchmark industry best practices and integrate them into process designs.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to validate and refine process flows.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Support change management, communication, and training efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Process Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in process transformation and optimization within ERP environments.
- Strong understanding of procurement workflows and SAP S/4 Hana capabilities.
- Familiarity with ECC legacy systems and transition planning.
- Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement certification.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Figma).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
- Data fluency and ability to interpret process performance metrics.
- Experience working in global, cross-functional teams.

You should be skilled in leading cross-functional workshops and driving consensus across diverse teams. Comfort navigating complex change environments is essential, along with the ability to translate business needs into scalable process solutions. Success in this role also requires agility, collaboration, and a continuous improvement mindset.
