General Responsibilities
• Key participant in the maintenance of updated purchase records
• Collaborates on making purchases of urgent materials and/or transportation service for materials or products inside the city or to other locations
• Key participant in the tracking and recording of functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness
• Collaborates interviews of sales representatives and researches companies to develop new sources of supplies and secure favorable terms for the company
Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity

• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reports using tools such as Power BI, Excel, SQL, and other analytics platforms.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance across procurement systems, master data, and supplier databases.
- Support new Procurement tools and software deployment and internal development activities
- Lead data collection, cleansing, validation, and transformation activities from ERP, P2P, CLM, and supplier management systems.
- Monitor procurement performance metrics such as savings, PPV, spend under management, supplier performance, compliance, and forecast attainment.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, data standardization, and advanced analytics to enhance procurement efficiency, visibility, and decision-making.
