Job Summary:As a Project Manager/Business Analyst in our Global Sanctions Operations Transformation Team, you lead projects and initiatives that drive business and operating model change. You partner with Business, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Technology to deliver new product and client implementations end-to-end. You translate stakeholder needs into clear requirements, process documentation, and actionable plans that move work from concept through delivery.
Job Responsibilities:- Lead multiple projects across the full lifecycle from intake through implementation and stabilization
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
- Coordinate new product and client implementations, including onboarding requirements and readiness activities
- Support business transformation initiatives and operational change programs across sanctions operations
- Drive innovation by contributing to AI/ML strategy development and use-case definition
- Research new initiatives and evaluate impacts to business systems, applications, and processes
- Manage configuration changes and system modifications, including documentation and approvals
- Gather requirements through document analysis, stakeholder interviews, and working sessions
- Document end-to-end business processes, use cases, scenarios, and functional needs
